Seriously, many technology companies fall into the Gobbledygook trap as they tend not to focus on what the Buyers are looking for, rather they sell their products and services based on what they think they know about them. It would not take that much time or effort to conduct Buyer Persona Research and really understand who your prospects are and what they think.
